Subject to and conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, Serenity Forge hereby grants you a non-exclusive, transferable, limited license during the Term to use the Soundtrack, solely as set forth in this Section 2 and subject to all conditions and limitations set forth in Section 4 or elsewhere in this EULA. " Third Party" means any Person other than You or Serenity Forge. " Person" means an individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, governmental authority, unincorporated organization, trust, association, or other entity. " Soundtrack" means the digital software file embodying the soundtrack to the Game. " Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all registered and unregistered rights granted, applied for, or otherwise now or hereafter in existence under or related to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, database protection, or other intellectual property rights laws, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection, in any part of the world.

(B) Represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. (A) Accept this EULA and agree that you are bound by all of its terms and If you do not agree to the terms of the EULA you may not download the Soundtrack. Serenity Forge provides the Soundtrack solely on the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
This End User License Agreement (this " EULA") governs your access, download and use of the digital audio file containing the soundtrack (the “ Soundtrack”) associated with the Code. When you purchased your Serenity Forge video game (the “ Game”) you received, in the Game packaging a redemption code (the “ Code”) for a download of the Game soundtrack.
